LinQs Terms of Payment & Refund Policy
LinQs Limited includes LinQs Business Support & Training and LinQs Business Coaching
LinQs Limited take payments via BACS and use GoCardless and Paypal to collect payments via major credit cards and the debit payment system. Terms of payment are discussed with clients at the purchase and advised in writing.
Refund Policy
The customer has the right to cancel within seven days of their contract with LinQs Limited, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). If the customer does cancel their order, they will have their payment credited to their account on receipt of the returned goods or information provided as part of their purchased service. All goods or service information returned must be received within 28 days of their purchase.
GoCardless & Paypal
LinQs Limited use GoCardless and Payal to collect one off payments and recurring payments from customers who purchase goods and services from us. LinQs offer a range of services and the terms of payment and the length and frequency of recurring payments are as set out for that service and advised at the time of purchase. Customers who need to cancel the recurring payments should write to the company at our company address and on receipt of this those services and the payment/s will be cancelled after 30 days from the receipt of the written instruction to cancel.
